Michael,

You can get an equivalent home near where you work.

Marina Del Ray has all the boating facilities you want, however, there 
is no place to go except Catalina Island which is wall to wall boats on 
weekends.

My college roommate has been extremely active in Real Estate for the 
past 30 years in that area, and can let you know in a heartbeat what's

although our best people migrated up north.
