[Rhodes22-list] Hank, Lee, Bob, inside stays sheeting on older boats

Attached find Mary Lou's picture labeled to show how to use available
hardware on older boats for inside stay sheeting.  My boat is similiar to
Mary Lou's.  New boats are different to save $$ on extra hardware not used
by all.
