Well, to be absolutely correct, the comment wasn't that he was the
dumbest, it was the he was the dumbest son of a bitch. That means if
we're going to try to hold an "intelligent" discussion about such total
tripe, we'd have to first ascertain whether or not he actually took the
oath of office (he did), then whether or not he's a son of a bitch (open
for debate, depending on one's meaning of the term), and finally,
whether or not he was the "dumbest".
Personally, I rank statement like that though, to be about the dumbest
political commentaries.
But hey, that's just my opinion...
