I read your last post here to suggest that Andrew was actually fond of cops
in red uniforms.  You referred him to an excellent source for the abuses in
Red China, but you may have missed (or just chose to ignore) the point of
his remark.  He clearly doesn't love cops in red uniforms. He was having a
little fun with your "typo".  Look in your earlier post where you meant to
say "rogue" cop, but you typed "rouge" cop. Rouge=Red get it?  It was just a
joke.
