ben, I would be sorry to see you leave the political zone of Rhodes 22. your
posts were well thought out and articulated. it is true that there is no
real discussion here. you could also post some ideas and links and just
leave it for other's musings and rantings. as far as Ed's thinking goes,
50% us on this list are marxists on his good days and if off his meds that
might climb to 90%. as far as "last word herb", from his perspective palin
is his version of an intellectual political giant. what does that tell you?

brad's incessantly incorrect blathering would require a full time
factchecker. just in 6 months of monitoring the list and only reading about
a third of his stuff (he is prolific) he has had several people tell him to
'stuff it' including a bank manager that came on after two years just to
give him the "what for" on his incorrect 'version' of the reasons for bank
collapse. someone made some money on his ridiculous bet on the VP switch.
and that is just the tip. I guess he doesn't have that inside 'track' as
well as he brags about. you would think that for a person so well
accomplished in life that he could tone down his 'chest beating', but who
knows what people are over compensating for.

the overall condescending we-know-best smarmy divisive attitude is the same
reason john mccain is not able to successfully disconnect from bush. people
are tired of it and the polls reflect it. if we do hear the
"blub-blub-blub" of the good ship republican go down on nov 4th, prepare for
the backlash with the big 'blame the media' cry-fest. tissues anyone?
