The "storage oil" is commonly called fogging oil and you can ask for just
that at any place that sells marine stuff or auto part store.  Remove the
cover of your motor and disconnect the fuel line.  Start the motor and let
the it run out of gas but just as it's starting to die, spray the fogging
oil right into the air intake of the carburetor.  The motor might pick up a
bit and run a little on the fogging oil.  Spray in a liberal amount.  Soon
the motor will die and that's it.

To change the oil in the lower unit, first be sure you have the right oil.
The bottle with the nozzle sounds right.  Once you drain the old, the new
should be added from the bottom hole.  Yes, the bottom hole.  (You found the
top hole too, right?  Remove both screws.)  Hold the nozzle snugly into the
hole and squirt until it comes out the top hole.  Then get ready to quickly
pull out the nozzle and put the screw in.  You'll dribble a little but
that's how it's done to avoid air pockets.

I've never used antifreeze in the water intake.  I never do anything with
that.  But you're in salt water, yes?  That presents some variables I'm
unfamiliar with.  Rummy's one of our motor heads here.  He'll probably jump
in.

Will the boat be in the water all winter?  Do you have a bubbler?

I'm doing mine on Sunday.  We've already had a freeze this week.  (sigh)
