[Rhodes22-list] Actual sailing question...'guy' stuff; actually, need a 'How'

Slim,,

Thanks!

Actually we have three bubblers on the dock...I have one, and my neighbor has two. We position them to keep the ice away from the boats and also the pilings so they don't lift.

My only remaining question is the order to do all this ...can't aantifreezer the engine if ya gotta run it to use up the fuel...this one runs for almost 10 minutes after the intake hose is disconnected.

The only size bucket that wil fit over the prop is a 5 gal drywall compound bucket..and once I have 5 gals of antifreeze in it (the amt it takes to cover the intake on the lower unit) I can't hold or lift it....

If antifreeze is not needed...if all the water drains out...then I'm OK...

So that is the driving question.

elle

We can't change the angle of the wind....but we can adjust our sails.
