Brad,
Yeah, I handle mostly environmental permits and such, but do know that
water flows downhill (as do a number of other things).  Done my share of
design work for wastewater plants and water/sewer lines, landfills,
pumping stations and the like.  I expect there is a ton of work down
that way to do.

Civil Engineering?  Dammit Man!  You need to join us on the Gulf
Coast.  The "gravy train" is just starting.  We could use a man with
your talents. Remind me some time to send you the 100 page deposition
of my 8th grade educated father testifying on a sewer job gone bad.
