[Rhodes22-list] Ike Pushes into Quebec (political humor, I suppose)

Brad,
You need to approach the situation from the standpoint of accomplishing the
easiest tasks first. A decade ago I transferred 51% ownership of the
business to my better half (NY is an equal property state so it only
technically cost me 1%) and then applied to be certified as a woman owned
small business through the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) so
that we could qualify for work that we had been asked to bid on. There are
provisions for veteran and disadvantaged owners as well on the site. You
probably have quite a group to pick from if you're looking to partner up
with one of the Rhodies on "da list" to meet the criteria. Get with the
program and at least be certified to receive work that you are "qualified"
to perform.
