I figure that failure of ethical conduct is not a partisan
issue. It occurs in the presence of unconstrained greed,
testosterone storms, etc. regardless of political leanings.
And I agree that it is not a good idea to socialize the
losses after allowing corporate kings huge rewards while
doing major damage to a company. They have made sure that
they walk out with gold while others, the common employees,
walk out with a pink slip or live with trash wages.
I am not talking about the small businessman here -- I am
referring to huge companies and those who have sucked up
smaller ones on their way to monopolistic positions. Too
many eggs in one basket is not healthy.
