Congratulations Tom! Happy sailing,
You are retired? Now you have lots ot time to sail all over the place.
I'm envious.

Morning Star, is now at her slip on the Rhode River, Edgewater, Maryland.
Elton brought her up on Thursday, and did a terrific job of teaching us
packing, unpacking, mast raising, rigging, launching, and because of a
fouled motor, retrieving. He came back with a new motor on Saturday and we
launched again. Sailed in 4-8 knot wind on Sunday, a hot summers day in
April (93). I really thought I could bring it together to sail up, allowing
9 days for the trip, but it was too damn complicated, especially with a new
boat, '96 reconditioned. Elton is the kind of businessman that my
grandmother always wanted me to be. Great role model. Maybe too late, as I
am already retired. He patiently outlined every feature of Stan's design so
we could enjoy all of the features.
