[Rhodes22-list] Outboard repair question

Well, I rebuilt the fuel pump yesterday and reinstalled it, and am sorry to
say it didn't fix it.
I have the bench manual and it was talking about the "throttle adjustment
knob" on the tiller. Well, mine isn't connected to anything and just spins.
That may have something to do with it.
dang this is frustrating.
