[Rhodes22-list] Outboard recommendations - Lightest to MeetYour Requirements

OK, Army, getting a little personal. In the Navy we call your orienteering, if such word exists, navigation, and I did very well getting across the Pacific and thru VN, thank you...

My first and best tour was out of McGuire, flying with the 437th MAF, based at Charleston (VR-3). The AF loved us, Bob, and they were excellent hosts until the Navy discovered what we were getting away with. At the decommissioning ceremony our skipper, Stan Montunnas, taxied his C130 in front of the full formation of the squadron with a gold anchor signifying our departure, and our AF colleagues wailed in distress. In that huge assembly, our guests and the squadron all in whites, a lone pigeon in the hanger rafters dropped his load with a direct hit on my freshly bleached cap cover, my last memory of that favorite base.

Didn't we have another Rhoadie in Stuart until about a year ago? In any case it will be good to have you all back in the fleet again -Welcome!
