Does someone know the weight of the double axle trailer?

I have a double axle trailer, and have trailered my boat for the plant in NC to WA on the west coast, and for most of the time had to remind myself that the boat is still back there.  I have also trailered the boat short distances, and was very conscious of  its presence, for it would begin to wag at 50 mph.  What's the difference?  Whether single axle or double axle, the difference is correct tongue weight, or ideal positioning of the boat on the trailer.
 
With regard to camping, you do not have to worry about the boat tipping with the double axle trailer, with the single axle you have to remember to support the ends to ensure it does not tip when boarding or leaving the boat, once it has been disconnected from the tow vehicle.  At, least , so I have been told.
 
One of the benefits of the mast crutch is that you can camp on the boat, move about in the cockpit without constantly bending to avoid hitting your head against the mast.

I am looking into buying a Rhodes 22.  I am relatively new to the list. 
Can some of you who actually trailer your 22 give me some insight into
using the boat as a camper while en route to your sailing destination?

I have read some comments about finding the "sweet spot" on the single
axle trailer to have adequate tongue weight and avoid fishtailing of the
trailer.  In this regard do any of you have experience with an anti-sway
bar on your trailer.  I pull a Coleman tent trailer and have an anti-sway
bar on this trailer.  It seems to suppress fishtailing.  Any comments
regarding this and a Rhodes 22?
