[Rhodes22-list] boat ventilation

The Nicro solar-powered fan I installed in the bow just barely fit in
the exisitng opening and it won't be easy to remove, so I consider it
permanent until it needs to be replaced.  It's worked well in keeping
the cabin relatively free of mildew in a very humid environment.
