[Rhodes22-list] outboard size

I think a 4HP will work if you are just looking to move the boat from and to
the dock.  It will move the boat and if you find it is underpowered for your
sailing needs then you can always get a bigger motor.  A high thrust prop
will enhance performance.  I personally use a 9.9.  Even after 10 plus years
of sailing a Rhodes I rely on the motor to get me out of trouble when my
sailing skills are lacking.
