[Rhodes22-list] Clew shackle and block blowout

Thanks Stephen.  That might be the way to go here.  At least until I can
find something to replace this that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount.

Mine broke years ago. I just pull the outhaul around the aft boom
cleat & tie it to the forward boom cleat. When reefed I add a small
bungee to hold the clew down.   This works fine & the price is right.
