[Rhodes22-list] hull & cockpit color question

My ten year old R22 sits all year in the water at Lake Travis near Austin. It is navy blue and heavily oxidized and dull looking. I've waxed it a few times, but that lasted only a few months. So my new one arriving this week is the same color but with a polyurethane finish over the gel coat. An extra $2,500.
