[Rhodes22-list] Rudder Questions

It looks like mine, but instead of plywood it was made with 1/2" marinaboard. That stuff is uv protected polyethylene (cuttingboard) ultra tough material. Marinaboard brand is expensive & available in different colors, but you can get white uv protected 4'x8' sheets if it for around $160 from farm tek. I am using the stuff to build the hatches on an ocean going cruiser being built to supply medical missionary outposts. Its tougher than lexan but still lets light through.
