Has anyone mention the possibility of the centerboard pennant hose?
What was that phrase? "Loose clamps Sink Ships"

I agree with Chris that polysulfide is best for below water-line, thru hull
fittings. I have more than I can count on my boat and changed from 5200 to
polysulfide for the simple reason that PS flexes and 5200 doesn't. When
trailering, launching and retrieving the boat it helps to have something
that flexes and holds. I had some leaks and went with PS about 8 yrs ago
and it has been flawless. As for the leak, I am betting on the centerboard
