[Rhodes22-list] IMF Boom Fixture Question

I will probably get rapped in the mouth for this, but seeing that I am new to
sailing the Rhodes 22 there is a fixture on the boom I need to ask about.

It has to do with the IMF.  When you deploy the mainsail there is a little
slide on the boom with a loop in it that you run the line through that pulls
out the main sail.  It can move up or down the boom.  Where do you set this
for various sailing conditions?
