[Rhodes22-list] Selling my 1987 rhodes 22

I bought a recycled 87 Rhodes three years ago from Stan with the basic price starting in the mid teens.  That was the basic recycled price without all the toys added.  A gently used trailer cost me $3,000.

I have a 1987 Rhodes 22 never been recycled and is in near mint condition.
IMF with 175% Genoa.
Motor not included. How much should i ask for it. Tried to find comparables
but couldnt.
