[Rhodes22-list] Boat doesn't come up into wind

Be careful when anchoring & going for a swim. I had an "exciting" experience a few years ago with a strong tidal current. After jumping in I quickly realized that the current was too strong & I could not swim back to the boat. Also I was drifting into a major channel w heavy ferry traffic. I was able to wave down a passing motor boat who dragged me back to my boat.
Swimming Rules:
If anchored, do not jump in without being tethered. Otherwise, simply let the boat drift with you in the current (no anchor) so you can always swim back. Watch out for rocks, of course.
