[Rhodes22-list] Docking and anchor lines

Hi all,
On the various boats we've had over the years, we've had chain on the anchor
that's the length of the boat and we've coupled that with a Fortress anchor.
The chain weight helps the light anchor stay put in a blow.

We've also used the plastic length markers IIRC we got from West Marine that
tells us how much rode (including chain) we've let out.
