[Rhodes22-list] Wheel Covers

As a new owner of a trailer that will sit in the marina yard during the
sailing season and as boat storage during the winter season I wonder if
wheel covers would extend the life of my tires.  Harbor Freight has them for
$9.99 each for up to 24" tires.  Is that the right size and does this do
much to protect the tires from deteriorating?
