[Rhodes22-list] 3 gallon portable gas tank question

Bob.... it appears that a call to the tank mfg. is in order for a replacement cap.... or a repair of same.  The vent hole may just be clogged and need to be blown out by a high pressure air hose ..... of course removing cap from tank first.

Just a final follow-up to my problem -- got back down to the boat today for
the
first time since I had the problem last week. Opened cap on the gas can
a bit
in addition to the vent (which I don't think is working) and the
primer bulb
pumped up firm and the engine ran fine going out and coming back
in. Thanks
