[Rhodes22-list] CB pendant length

If you eliminated the blocks all together you would not be able to get a
direct vertical pull on the CB. You could laminate a S/S tube like there is
in the aft section of the lid as a tuning point but might as well keep the
blocks. I don't have the diamond board so I cant advise on that. Quite
frankly the traditional CB works fine for me and is useful as a shallow
water warning when it scrapes on the bottom.
