Hey Jesse, having owned a kayak/SUP/sailing business for 20 years I’ve never been a fan of inflatables however I do think they serve a purpose such as dingy. Although I don’t have personal experience with them I’ve had tons of customers say they love their Sea Eagle II. You might check them out. I would make sure that whatever you get you will want to make sure it has some sort of adequate foot braces. Mitch
