[Rhodes22-list] Re-wrapping the headsail furling line

Hey Frank,
The sail should be fully furled and your sheets should have at least 4
wraps around the sailbabout 5-7 feet up.   If you get it a bit wrong you
can fish the line through for another turn or pull out a turn. It isn’t too
hard.
