[Rhodes22-list] cruising chute halyard

Hank, when Stan built my boat I asked for an additional sheave to accommodate a UPS.  I didn’t really specify the location (nor have I used it) but I’m pretty sure he located it on the forward side of the mast close to the top.  Next time I’m at the boat I can try to take a pic.
