[Rhodes22-list] Electric start outboard wiring

One thing to remember is that Stan built great boats, but the wiring was
always substandard and did not comply with ABYC standards.  I recommend
getting Don Casey's book, Sailboat Electrics Simplified to see how it
should be done.
