[Rhodes22-list] Mast step issues?

It looks to me like the deck has experienced water intrusion.  I would reduce the load and try taking some cores of the plywood to determine the existence and extent of the damage.  I certainly wouldn't sail with it as is.  A temporary fix maybe possible depending on how much damage there is.  Unfortunately I don't think there's going to be an easy fix here.
