[Rhodes22-list] Bench drains

I applied 1" wide closed cell foam tape to the underside of the lazarette
hatch at the hatch and lip contact point. I also found a pin size
through-hole at the gutter behind the hatch cover, I put a tape over it.
Between these two actions, I have significantly less rain water in
lazarette.
