[Rhodes22-list] bow/stern light problem

With the help of my dockmaster, the problem has been 
traced to the box, where we found both some loose and 
corroded wires.  replaced the terminal connections and, 
voila, lights.  Everything is ready to go now, as soon as I 
have the right combination of tide and weather.
