[Rhodes22-list] Renamed Centerboard Effect

Lee,

My understanding of the centerboard is that it lessens or prevents slidslip
when sailing into the wind.  While your speed through the water may decrease
slightly when dropped, your time over the course will improve because you
will not have to counter the effects fo the slidslip and sail a greater
distance.
