[Rhodes22-list] Driving in Snow

this is true, and my point!  I had a manual transmission
and would slip the clutch when necessary to keep th erear
wheels from spining!

But these people that live in an area that gets snow (and a
bunch of it) every year still don't know how to drive in it
- regardless of the equipment they buy.

Can you tell I didn't like living there, and had to move! 
Perhaps if I learned to ski ...
