I would say that when 95% of voting blacks are expected to be voting for 
the black candidate, it would indeed be naive to believe that racism 
isn't rampant.

Wonder what the world would say if we were "expecting" 95% of the whites 
to vote for the white candidate?

Yes indeed, racism.
