[Rhodes22-list] Electric Motors

I've had a Torqueedo three horsepower equivalent long shaft for almost 15
years to go in and out of a marina. Had to replace the battery after 10
years and the pin to hold the shaft out of the water broke. The replacement
pin also broke so I cobbled together a block to hold up the shaft. I would
never go back to a gasoline engine.

I think there are several threads in the list that discuss electric motors.
